Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual targets
- Regularly analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes in strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Fluency in Lithuanian is preferred but not required
