Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Technician

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Sharjah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You should have a strong knowledge of various tools and equipment and be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damages
- Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and household appliances
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Keep inventory of supplies and inform management when additional materials are needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Preferred:
- Experience working in a commercial or residential setting
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Familiarity with painting techniques
