Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral creations for various occasions such as weddings, events, and holidays. Your role will involve working with clients to understand their preferences and creating unique floral arrangements that exceed their expectations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, and accommodation will be provided. We encourage men with a passion for flowers and design to apply for this position.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery, as well as the ability to create visually appealing arrangements. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are essential in this profession. As we serve English-speaking clients, fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions
- Select appropriate flowers, plants, and greenery to use in the arrangements
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling orders accurately and on time
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, greenery, and their care requirements
- Creativity and artistic ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
