We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. Your main duties will include selecting and arranging flowers, communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall quality of our floral products.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Floral Designer and possess excellent design skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about flowers and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements for different occasions
- Select the best quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintain inventory levels and order new supplies when needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all floral products meet our quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer
- Proficient in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
