Architectural Designer


We are in search of a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architectural Designer, you will work on various projects and be responsible for creating designs and plans for new buildings, renovations, and other construction projects. You will use your creativity and technical skills to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Select materials and finishes for projects based on functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Pakistan or Nepal
- Fluency in English
- Availability for part-time work
- Willingness to relocate to Ufa with accommodation provided
