Excavator Operator



We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Ufa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment before use
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or conveyors
- Utilize GPS and other technology to ensure accurate excavation and grading
- Follow project plans, blueprints and diagrams to complete assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Must have a valid Biometric Passport for identification purposes
- Ability to read project plans, blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
Starting salary of $1800 per month
