Industrial Architect - Kaunas, Lithuania



We are looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will use your expertise in architecture and engineering to design and oversee the construction of industrial buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans, layouts, and blueprints for industrial buildings and facilities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary information for design
- Use software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to designs and specifications
- Make adjustments or modifications to designs as needed
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in design work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in the Kaunas area or Lithuania as a whole
