Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed designs and blueprints for industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on international projects or with multinational companies
- Fluency in English is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
