Office Manager


The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Shan. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Ensure efficient use of office supplies and equipment
- Manage and maintain office budget
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support when needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Address any employee concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and invoices
- Plan events or special projects as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with budget management is a plus

Salary: 1700$
Location: Shan (open to all nationalities)
