Concierge - Balzers, Liechtenstein


Our luxury hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein is seeking a Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Arrange special requests such as room service, spa appointments, or event tickets
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests with their needs
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and discounts at our hotel facilities.
