Part-time Handywoman

We are looking for a skilled Handywoman to join our team on a part-time basis in Lisbon. As a Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Install and repair fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, and light fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, and other surfaces
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Handywoman
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve problems quickly
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying $1100 per month.
