As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This includes but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. You must have a strong background in these areas and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on properties including fixing leaks, repairing drywall, replacing light fixtures, etc.
- Complete minor repairs such as replacing broken tiles or damaged doors
- Perform general carpentry tasks such as building shelves or cabinets
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
- Conduct electrical work such as changing outlets or light switches
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have your own tools and transportation
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one quickly
