Handyman for Property Maintenance in Lisbon


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Lisbon. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as basic repairs, installations, and general upkeep of our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Install and assemble furniture, appliances, and other items as needed
- Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and address them proactively
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Communicate with property managers to understand their needs and ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance role preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of basic home repairs and tools
- Good communication skills to interact with property managers and residents
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Must have your own visa to work in Lisbon
