Entry Level Information Security Analyst


As an Entry Level Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of our company's sensitive information. You will work closely with our experienced security team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, as well as monitor and respond to any security incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity
- Respond to security incidents and perform forensic investigations when necessary
- Stay updated on the latest threats and vulnerabilities in the industry
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of network security principles
- Knowledge of common operating systems, databases, and web applications
- Familiarity with tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)

Location: Porto (remote work may be considered)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)
