We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concierge in Almada. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience who is looking to start a career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations for guests
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
