We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on rooftops and other structures. You will work closely with our team of engineers and electricians to ensure efficient and safe installation of solar systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures according to engineering plans
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum energy production
- Secure panels using bolts, clamps, and brackets
- Connect panels to electrical systems and perform wiring as needed
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Conduct regular maintenance on existing solar systems
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field such as electrical or construction work
- Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring principles
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to read engineering plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
