Merchandiser

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Mombasa. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and presenting products in our store to attract and engage customers. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed, and that promotions and discounts are effectively communicated. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a keen eye for visual merchandising. This role is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have experience working with biometric passports. A salary of 1600$ will be offered to the successful candidate. As a Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining store appearance by arranging products on shelves, racks, and displays
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed
- Creating attractive displays and promotional setups to enhance sales
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure product availability and communicate promotions
- Conducting market research to stay updated on trends and competitor strategies
- Ensuring that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Managing returns and exchanges according to company policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience working as a Merchandiser or in retail sales preferred
- Familiarity with biometric passports is an asset
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
