Handyman for Contract Work in Balzers, Pakistan

We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Balzers, Pakistan for contract work. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets and repairing small appliances
- Conduct repairs on drywall, doors, windows and other structures
- Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues
- Paint walls and ceilings as needed
- Repair or replace damaged furniture and fixtures
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in English language to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Skilled in various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills to complete tasks within deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will not be provided so we prefer candidates who are already based in Balzers or can make their own arrangements.
