Senior Architect - Contract Position in Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for a contract position in the beautiful city of Lisbon, Portugal. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include creating designs, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to design plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects on your team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Experience working with clients and managing budgets
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1300$ per month.
