Junior Web Developer


We are searching for a skilled Junior Web Developer to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with back-end development using languages like PHP and Python. Additionally, knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems is preferred. As a Junior Web Developer, you must also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
- Experience with back-end development using languages like PHP and Python
- Knowledge of web design principles
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Accommodation in Porto (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding and modifying websites according to project specifications
- Collaborating with designers to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of the website are aligned
- Developing and maintaining back-end features using programming languages like PHP or Python
- Troubleshooting website issues and implementing solutions promptly
- Testing website functionality and identifying any bugs or technical issues
- Ensuring websites are optimized for various devices and browsers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development techniques
- Assisting with website maintenance tasks as needed
