We are seeking a skilled and reliable Crane Operator to join our team in Porto. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads on construction sites. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure safety during lifts
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and equipment usage

Requirements:
- Valid certification or license for operating cranes
- Ability to read load charts and perform basic calculations
- Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
