Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing relationships with clients, implementing effective sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. Your primary goal will be to increase occupancy rates and generate new business for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in CRM software
Salary: 1600$ per month.
Location: Faro, Portugal.
Contract job with accommodation provided.
