Back-End Developer

We are hiring a skilled Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications and possess strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. They should also have experience with database management systems and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain back-end components of web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Design and implement data storage solutions using database management systems
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
