We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Akron. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial projects, including conceptualization, development, and implementation of architectural plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the work of a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction work
- Review project proposals to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-assisted design (CAD) software
- Research new materials and construction techniques to incorporate into designs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
$900 per week
