Architecture Manager (Contract)


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Lisbon on a contract basis. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and collaborating with other departments to ensure successful completion of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and project management abilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture and prior experience in managing architectural projects. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-local candidates. As the Architecture Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, reviewing designs and making necessary revisions to meet project goals.

In addition to project management responsibilities, you will also lead a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout all stages of the design process. This includes delegating tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training as needed.
