Radio Technician


We are in need of a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Faro. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for various communication systems. This includes radios used for broadcasting, emergency services, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to technical specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on radios to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with radio equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on radios
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working with electronic equipment
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay updated on advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of electronic principles and circuitry related to radio equipment
- Familiarity with various types of radios such as AM/FM, shortwave, and two-way radios
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
