Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings in the city of Atlanta. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1600 per month. We are currently seeking individuals who are highly skilled in working with various types of facade materials and have experience in construction or building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior facade materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Inspect and maintain facades to ensure they are safe and structurally sound
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to determine the best approach for installing new facades on buildings
- Use specialized tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials according to design specifications
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in construction or building maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams
- Good physical stamina as this role involves working at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues with facades and propose solutions
