Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of $1200.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of building facades
- Design and develop plans for facade installation and renovations
- Oversee the installation process and ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Regularly monitor and maintain building facades to ensure safety and structural integrity
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades
- Strong understanding of facade design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to read blueprints and use design software such as AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
