IT Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Mauren. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all IT operations including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all IT systems
- Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data safety
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Knowledge of network administration, security systems, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working in a contract-based job
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
