We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Triesen, Pakistan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing project plans and timelines based on the scope of work and resources available
- Managing project budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery
- Conducting regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate collaboration
- Ensuring that projects adhere to company policies and procedures as well as industry best practices
- Providing feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

This is a part-time position with competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
