Office Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Preference will be given to male candidates
