Mason Supervisor
As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee and lead a team of masons in constructing and repairing structures for our construction projects in Gujrat, India. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects, maintaining quality standards, and managing the budget for materials and labor. Your role will require strong leadership skills to effectively delegate tasks and supervise the work of your team.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience working as a mason, with knowledge and proficiency in various masonry techniques such as bricklaying, plastering, and tiling. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates who have completed vocational training in masonry.
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket to India. This is an urgent job opportunity that requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons in constructing and repairing structures
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain quality standards for all work performed
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance as needed

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason
- Proficiency in various masonry techniques such as bricklaying, plastering, and tiling
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in masonry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an asset)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
