Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Faro. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth, rocks, and other materials. You must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and proper operation of the equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to perform tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and clearing debris
- Complete daily maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid operator's license/certification for heavy machinery
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
