Junior Back-End Developer


We are searching for a motivated Junior Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Almada. As a member of our development team, you will work closely with other developers to create and maintain back-end systems and applications. Your primary focus will be on server-side programming, databases, and integration with front-end elements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with front-end developers to design and implement back-end systems and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing systems
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Integrate data storage solutions using databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging back-end technologies and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL)
- Experience working with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache or Nginx) and server-side frameworks (Spring or Express)
- Basic understanding of software development principles (version control, testing, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
