Senior Android Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Java and the Android SDK.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features for our existing Android apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Ensure apps meet performance, usability, and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Android development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development using Java and the Android SDK
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with design patterns such as MVP or MVVM
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store is a plus

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. We also offer free visa processing and ticket for candidates who require it.
