Indian Hotel Sales Manager in Kaunas, Lithuania
We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed hotel revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to increase hotel bookings
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Create and maintain sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
