Sales Manager (Hotel)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
As a Sales Manager for our hotel in Kaunas, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing sales within the hotel. Your primary focus will be on attracting Indian guests and promoting our hotel as a top destination for their travels. This position requires an individual with strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the Indian market and culture, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract Indian guests and increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and competitors
- Build relationships with key travel agents and companies in India
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and tour operators
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and operations to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- In-depth understanding of the Indian market, culture, and travel trends
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients from different backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
