We are hiring an Entry-Level Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as AutoCAD or Procore is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1500 per month.

This position is located in Utena, Lithuania.
