Sales Representative - Akron, USA
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, negotiating sales deals, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems,
interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Must be able to handle rejection well and have good negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary: $1700 per month (plus commission)
Working Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule)
Location: Akron, USA (remote work options available)
