Job Title: Land Surveyor
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, creating maps and plans, and providing data for construction projects. This role will involve using specialized equipment, such as GPS and laser imaging tools, to accurately measure and record land features. The Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries and topographical features
- Create detailed maps and plans using specialized equipment
- Measure and record distances, angles, elevations, and other land features
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Provide data for the design of roads, buildings, and other structures
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS and laser imaging tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Manama
