IOS Developer - Faro, Portugal
We are hiring a skilled IOS Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an IOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications for iOS devices. Your primary focus will be the development of high-quality, user-friendly applications that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a strong understanding of Swift and Xcode, as well as proficiency in using iOS frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IOS Developer or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Swift and Xcode.
- Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of Appleβs design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Previous experience working remotely or in a contract position is a plus.
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience).
Location: This is a contract position based in Faro, Portugal. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
