Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Eschen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for the design, planning and construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve collaborating with contractors and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software. Strong communication skills are vital as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You must also have a good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and industry trends.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $1300 per month. This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday to Friday. While previous experience in the field is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates who are passionate about commercial architecture.

Please note that this position does not require English language proficiency as it caters to Canadian clients who speak French or other languages. However, fluency in English would be an advantage.
