We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Eschen, offering a salary of 1100$. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping malls, and hotels. Your primary goal will be to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget
- Develop architectural designs and plans for commercial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on function, durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues from various backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
