We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet quality standards and adhere to client requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledgeable about building codes, regulations, and construction methods
