Plasterboard Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Funchal. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard in various structures, including residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard according to specifications
- Repair damaged plasterboard by patching or replacing sections
- Apply joint tape and compound to seal joints between plasterboards
- Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
- Install insulation, soundproofing, or fire-resistant materials behind plasterboards as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good time-management skills

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Funchal
