Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using various tools such as trowels, screeds, and power tools
- Set up concrete forms and place reinforcement materials as needed
- Operate machinery such as cement mixers, power drills, and grinders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper hardening of concrete
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the pouring or curing process
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with various types of concrete and their applications
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures when working with concrete
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to provide your own basic hand tools
