Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Khanpur on a contract basis. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring that they meet the needs and requirements of our clients. This position is suitable for men with at least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings or facilities
- Developing design concepts, plans, and blueprints for industrial structures
- Utilizing advanced software programs to create detailed drawings and models
- Conducting site visits to assess potential locations for industrial projects
- Liaising with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitoring construction progress and making any necessary adjustments to design plans
- Providing guidance and support to junior architects or drafters

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in industrial architecture and possess excellent design skills. You must also have a deep understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural engineering principles.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
