Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Bansko. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records, reports, and transactions of our company. You must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Supervise junior accounting staff
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Identify areas for cost reduction or revenue increase
- Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP)
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience managing a team is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: 1600$ per month with accommodation provided. This position is open to foreigners with a valid biometric passport.
