We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As an Entry-Level Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and well-fitting garments according to client specifications. Your tasks will include measuring and cutting fabrics, sewing seams and hems, and ensuring the finished product meets our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction and excellent hand-sewing skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate measurements of clients using professional tools
- Cut fabrics according to specific measurements and patterns
- Sew garments using various techniques such as hand-sewing, machine sewing, and serging
- Ensure all finished products meet our quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a seamstress or similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques
- Excellent hand-sewing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills in Croatian or English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Osijek, Croatia. Candidates must be already living in or willing to relocate to Osijek.
