Data Analytics Specialist

We are currently hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to manipulate and analyze complex datasets
- Develop and maintain data models and visualizations to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions through data analysis
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Experience working with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
